The feeling that one is doing something of value for oneself and for society is very important in everyone's life. It is no coincidence that our mission refers to the aspect of civilisation, as we want to have a real and positive impact on the future of humanity.
The role of dialogue in this civilisation will determine whether we and future generations will enjoy freedom, security and coexistence in a balanced way, or whether conflict and the short-sighted interests of the rich and influential will dominate.
As individuals, we may not have much influence on the fate of civilisation. However, when we work together in an organised way, using our collective intelligence, we can take responsibility for phenomena beyond the capacity of a single individual.

Conditions
Contracts and internships are paid, volunteering is not. Rates may vary depending on the position we recruit for, experience and current and planned projects.
Internship contracts are signed for min. 2 months with a commitment of min. 20 h per week.
Together, we create pathways for individual development within the organisation that lead to a more favourable working relationship after the probationary period.
We provide mentoring and training in the skills required for the position and contribute to the learning of the whole organisation.
We give you the opportunity to have a real say in the decision-making processes of the organisation using a flat decision-making structure (turquoise management methods)
Working hours are flexible and it is possible to work completely remotely, stationary in the office in Krakow's Podgórze or in a mixed way.
